The 2013 application process for the Eudora Welty Research Fellowship for graduate student work in the Welty Collection and other materials at the Mississippi Department of Archives and History is now under way. The stipend has been increased to $2000 to cover expenses associated with a two-week minimum stay in Jackson. Applications are due by March 20, 2013.
