Master floral designer and faithful Cereus Weeder Marsha Cannon will conduct another one of her popular pressed flower workshops on Monday, October 12, 
from 10 a.m. until noon in the Welty Garden. Participants will learn how to harvest and press flowers and foliage. Besides inspiration and creative ideas, participants will leave with flowers for their own floral designs. The registration fee is $20.00, and tickets may be purchased on line through the Mississippi Department of Archives and History site: http://tickets.mdah.ms.gov/info.aspx?EventID=12 . Marsha’s workshops are very popular, and space is limited to 20 participants. Face masks and social distancing will be required.
