Thursday afternoons from 3-4 p.m. throughout June and July, stories with an underwater theme will be offered to children at the Welty House and Garden. Coordinated by Education Specialist Jennifer Rose, the activities include arts and crafts and refreshments. Book selections are made with recommendations from the Mississippi Library Commission and the Jackson/Hinds County Library System.

Children through grade 4 (and parents) are invited to participate in these free fun activities. There will be no meeting on July 28.
